The adjoining private lanai features a teak dining table that seats four, a teak steamer chair & side table, and a gas grill.

The kitchen features slab granite counters, exotic wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. It is well stocked with numerous small appliances, pots/pans, glassware, silverware and kitchen utensils. The dining table seats four, plus there are two leather bar chairs for casual dining at the eating bar.
